		<description>I agree, though if someone came to my door and told me that lots of people in my animal-loving neighbourhood had signed on the line to make regular donations, I&#039;d simply feel reassured that the local dogs and cats were more than adequately provided for.

In fact, I might give my money to MSF or another charity on the strength of it!</description>
