Norwich Cathedral’s new Hostry is the largest church-building project of any kind in the UK.
Pillars of the Community was a campaign to raise funds for the building, focused on gaining the support of local businesses.
The text encouraged donors to get involved by describing the values driving the appeal, as well as how the Hostry would help visitors, students, business and the wider community.
We opted for a professional, business-to-business tone, as distinct from the ‘heritage’ flavour of the Cathedral’s visitor materials.
The leaflet was sent to hundreds of businesses across Norwich and Norfolk and followed up with a telephone campaign.
