Startup sportswear brand Iffley Road wanted a brand story that would explain how different their products were, in terms of both performance and looks.
I worked directly with the founders to craft a story that captured the values of their brand.

How we made running kit you’ll love as much as running.
We’re a husband-and-wife team who’ve both been keen runners since childhood. In fact, we met through running.
A few years ago, we suddenly realised how uninspiring most running kit was. Gaudy colours, shiny material, either skin-tight or hopelessly baggy. If your own kit makes your heart sink every time you put it on, you’ll know what we mean.
We wanted to create something completely different. Running gear that looked sharp and felt wonderful to wear, but didn’t compromise on technical performance. Scratchy, sweaty and shiny were out; soft, subtle and stylish were in.
The result is a range of running clothes that performs just as well as the leading brands and looks great too. It’s kit we’re happy to keep on after our run to meet friends for a coffee or a pint. Kit we love as much as running itself.
Today, we serve customers all over the world from our base in West London, and advocate running as a way to improve life, both mentally and physically.
